Tornado
warnings were being issued for Tulsa
County while I sat and watched this
storm cell develop. In the
middle of the frame (between the
trees) you can see fingers dropping
and then going back into the clouds.
Heavy rain and large hail prompted
me to move to a safer viewing spot.
